Production method

●  N-methylformamide mainly has the following three synthesis techniques. (1) The methylamine method is obtained by the action of methylamine and carbon monoxide. CO+CH3NH2→HCONHCH3 The mixture of monomethylamine 69.62% (mass fraction), methyl alcohol 29.87% (mass fraction) and sodium methylate 0.5% (mass fraction) (for monomethylamine is 0.72%) is supplied to reactor 87.05kg/ h, while supplying 56.5kg/h of carbon monoxide with a content of 99.5%, the reaction temperature is 90°C, and the pressure is 2.53MPa.
