Introduction

It can be used alone or in combination with fluorouracil. , Carboplatin is the third-generation new platinum anti-tumor compound, and it is also the only platinum-based drug with significant activity against colorectal cancer so far. The principle of action is to act on DNA by producing alkylated conjugates, forming intra-strand and inter-strand crosslinks to inhibit DNA synthesis and replication. Production method

●  5g trans-cyclohexanediamine and 18g K2 (PtCl4) aqueous solution were reacted at room temperature for 12h to obtain 12g of intermediate product (I). 6: Add 8 g of silver nitrate to 3 g of compound (I) in water,

and stir for 2 to 3 h in the dark, then add 4.8 g of dipotassium oxalate, and react at room temperature for 8 h to obtain oxaliplatin.
