White crystals. The melting point is 162-164°C.
● For the synthesis of 4-hydroxyl-5-fluoropyrimidine.
● Methyridine acetate is mainly used for the synthesis of a class of compounds with biological activity, such as the antineoplastic drug 4-hydroxy-5-fluoropyrimidine, and can also be used for the synthesis of cyclohexapeptide antifungal drugs, and the synthesis of trichloropyrimidine, etc.
● From the condensation of triethyl orthoformate and glacial acetic acid through ammonia. Add triethyl orthoformate to glacial acetic acid and heat, and react with ammonia for 1.5h, and white crystals are precipitated, and then continue to pass ammonia for half an hour. The reactant is firstly distilled at atmospheric pressure, and then the alcohol is evaporated to the fullest by distillation under reduced pressure. Cool to 25°C, wash with absolute ethanol, filter, and dry to obtain formamidine acetate.
