Production method

●  There are many ways to extract Ganoderma lucidum. We use ethanol to extract, ether-water partition, and then ethyl acetate-water partition. Ether fractions, ethyl acetate fractions and water fractions were obtained. The ether part was treated with acid and alkali to obtain neutral fat-soluble part and acidic fat-soluble part respectively. Separation of fatty acids and sterols from the neutral fat-soluble part; triterpenoids from the acidic fat-soluble part; alkaloids and furan derivatives from the ethyl acetate part; nucleosides and amino acids from the water-soluble part Element.

●  The fat-soluble part in Ganoderma lucidum is mostly separated by repeated silica gel column chromatography, and the purer part is separated and purified by preparative thin layer, low pressure column chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography (forward and reverse phase) preparation and other methods. The separation of water-soluble components is carried out by ion resin and macroporous resin method for separation and purification. The commonly used solvent systems for silica gel chromatography are chloroform-methanol, petroleum ether-ethyl acetate, ethyl acetate-acetone, etc.
