Ethylene glycol is a clear, colorless, odorless, viscous liquid. It is miscible with water, alcohols, acetone, and many polar organic solvents. It is a key industrial chemical used mainly in polyester/PET production, antifreeze, coolants, and heat transfer fluids.

Precautions: Avoid breathing mist/vapors. Wear protective gloves, goggles, and clothing. Do not eat, drink, or smoke when using. Wash thoroughly after handling.
First Aid: If swallowed, rinse mouth and call a poison center/doctor. If inhaled, move to fresh air. If on skin/eyes, rinse with plenty of water.

• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Keep container tightly closed.

• Stable under normal storage conditions; hygroscopic.
