Tetrabutylurea is a substituted urea compound featuring four butyl groups attached to the urea core. It is a low-volatility organic liquid with excellent hydrophobicity and good compatibility with a wide range of organic solvents. The product is commonly used as a solvent modifier, extraction agent, reaction medium or intermediate in fine chemicals and material applications.
