Introduction

Production method

●  Weigh 1000 g of dried and impurity-removed pine bark, pulverize, pass through a 20-mesh sieve, add 2000 mL of 95% industrial ethanol, heat under reflux for 4 h, filter while hot, add 1000 mL of 95% industrial ethanol to the filter residue to extract twice, and combine the filtrates. The extract was concentrated to dryness under reduced pressure, and dried to obtain brown pine bark extract powder. The alcohol extract of the powder was detected by silica gel column chromatography and thin layer chromatography, compared with the standard sample of procyanidin low molecular weight polymer, and the spectral data was analyzed.
